Olympus C-120

Mark: Bad

Camera with USB interface, which should be mass-storage device via bulk-only transport. Windows has no problems with it, but OS/2 doesn't see camera (even drive letter is not showing). I've not tried driver for Olympus C-1.

Actually, to support different OSes Olympus is making Flash path adapter, which is being inserted into floppy drive as usual diskette. So it can be supported even in minix. It costs more than $60.

Camera itself is good, however. You have to practise a little to make your photos perfect.

Works fine for me using standard install on ECS 1.1. Used to use it fine in the past with Warp 4 (Fixpack 12) and Chris's USB drivers available on Hobbes. Nice point and shoot camera but definitely no frills!

Ideas for the developers:

eComStation developer! Keep in mind that eComStation should be your main system: make all work in eCS, using eCS tools. If you start spending 1 hour/day in other system then you stop any development for eComStation..
