We've been happy with our Lexmark 5700. There's an OS/2 driver for it. It handles 4x5-inch cards nicely. Cleaning out ink that builds up in the maintenance area is a pain - and not described in the instructions. After six years and a broken alignment tab the cartridge doesn't line up and print quality is deteriorating.
