TP-Link -- TG-3468 Gigabit PCIe Network Adapter (RTL8168/8169)

Works for a few minutes, then suddenly the network card stops working.
The link light goes out, and the only way to get it working again it to
reboot.
Being used in a PCI-e slot in ap TP_Link TG-3468 gigabit network card.
